Answers

  1. You may buy all rights to any caricature I have displayed on my site, with some exceptions. I charge a reasonable fee for all rights, and you may buy them for as many caricatures as you like using this online form...All Rights

    You may also buy one-time usage rights for any caricature displayed on my site, again with a few exceptions. You may buy one-time rights using this form...One-Time-Rights

    If you want all rights to a custom caricature, I will put this in writing for you. However, I start all custom caricature work with the understanding that the rights belong to the client when he/she accepts the work and pays the balance.

  2. Yes, but if the changes are extensive, then I will probably charge you a bit more. I will discuss the changes and the charges with you before making any alterations to the caricature so that we are in agreement on the price.

  4. Yes, you may ask for extreme exaggeration, subtle exaggeration or any degree of exaggeration in between. Exaggeration doesn't affect price, however.
